Sean and Haley worked together at an AI startup as the Head of Machine Learning and Head of Marketing, respectively. Sean created the science, Haley made it romantic. After a year of launches, lunches, hilarity, and brilliance – a new startup was formed.
Dr. Sean A. Cantrell holds a PhD in Physics from Johns Hopkins University. He built the state-of-the-art text generation network and novel Generative Adversarial Network. There are fewer than 100 people on the planet working on anything remotely related to these applications of machine learning, and Sean’s tech beat their progress by a factor of three – over a year ago. Sean is Flirt’s CEO and acting CTO.
Haley holds a Master’s Degree in Media, Culture, & Communication from New York University. She has worked in the marketing of technology startups for more than twelve years, with exits totaling nearly half a billion dollars. Haley has also presented at numerous academic conferences on the subject of linguistics in popular culture. Haley is Flirt’s CMO and acting CFO.
